EZOZ has a free plan and two paid plans, Standard at US$4.95 a month and Pro at US$29 a month. Paid plans start with a 30-day free trial and are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice. Australia Post keeps billing your postage on your own eParcel contract.

The welcome month
Every new store gets every Pro feature free for its first 30 days, whichever plan it chooses: no shipment limit and the warehouse sheet import included. From day 31 its own plan applies. It's once per store: reinstalling within six months doesn't start another.
Development stores
Agencies and developers building a store for a client can use EZOZ free on a Shopify development store, with every Pro feature, no plan to choose and no time limit. A development store can make 50 live labels and 10 warehouse sheet scans in all; practice labels on Australia Post's test account are unlimited. Once the store is handed over and on a paid Shopify plan, it chooses an EZOZ plan like any other store.
What counts as a shipment on Free
- An order shipped with a live eParcel label, or sent in a prepaid satchel you tracked in EZOZ. Each order counts once, however many parcels it has.
- Return labels don't count, and nor do labels made on Australia Post's test account.
- Checkout rates are never limited.
- The month is the calendar month, Brisbane time.
How billing works
- EZOZ's plan is billed by Shopify every 30 days on your Shopify invoice. Prices are in US dollars; Shopify charges your store's billing currency at the day's exchange rate.
- Postage is billed by Australia Post on your eParcel contract, outside EZOZ. Transit cover you add to a label is Australia Post's, on the same bill. See shipping charges.
- Changing plan: Change plan on EZOZ's Home page opens Shopify's plan page.
Which Shopify plans it works on
Labels, manifests, satchels, returns and printing work on any Shopify plan. Live rates at checkout use Shopify's third-party calculated rates, which depend on your Shopify plan (Shopify's developer docs, as of October 2026). They aren't available on Basic or Starter.
| Shopify plan | Labels, manifests, satchels, returns | EZOZ rates at checkout |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | Yes | No |
| Grow, monthly billing | Yes | With Shopify's calculated rates add-on (ask Shopify Support) |
| Grow, yearly billing | Yes | Yes |
| Advanced | Yes | Yes |
| Plus | Yes | Yes |
What else you need
- An Australia Post eParcel contract. Australia Post offers it to businesses that send more than 2,000 domestic parcels a year, and approves each one. EZOZ doesn't work with MyPost Business or other carriers.
- The contract's API key and password from Australia Post's Developer Centre, and its account number. The eParcel guide shows where to find them.
Pricing questions
Is EZOZ free?
Yes, there's a free plan. It includes live contract rates at checkout with no limit and every label, manifest, satchel, return and printing feature for up to 50 shipments a month. Standard (US$4.95 a month) removes the limit.
What happens when a Free store reaches 50 shipments in a month?
New eParcel labels and satchel tracking pause until the 1st of the next month, or until you move to Standard. Checkout rates and return labels keep working, so the limit never costs you a sale.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Standard and Pro start with a 30-day free trial. On top of that, every new store gets every Pro feature free for its first 30 days, whichever plan it picks, once per store.
Does EZOZ charge for postage or take a share of shipping?
No. Australia Post bills postage on your own eParcel contract, as it does today, and what customers pay for shipping at checkout goes to you with the order. EZOZ only charges its plan. See shipping charges.
Which currency are the prices in?
US dollars. Shopify bills them every 30 days on your Shopify invoice, in your store's billing currency at the exchange rate on the day of the charge.
Is EZOZ free for an agency building a store for a client?
Yes, while the store is a Shopify development store: every Pro feature, with no plan to choose and no time limit, up to 50 live labels and 10 warehouse sheet scans in all. Practice labels on Australia Post's test account are unlimited. Once the store is handed over and on a paid Shopify plan, choose an EZOZ plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Choose Change plan on EZOZ's Home page to move between Free, Standard and Pro on Shopify's plan page. Uninstalling EZOZ cancels its plan.
